"Asgard Attack"... Well the game turned out to be very far from what i expected.
Thats a good thing. this game surprised me with a great experience great graphics and good background music. It pulled me in to every adventure commanding the cool little characters and inbetween the missions I spent some time to build the thing i needed most. This feels new and fresh which only that gives some points and the fact that it's so well made with varying levels easy controls and the little extra inbetween missions, puts it over the top.

Thanks for all your words! Love Newgrouds guys!!!

The concept kind of feels like the endlevels of left 4 dead campains in flashform, Now this is a good thing however I feel that the zombie genre is taking over and has begun to seem... done.

The artworks are pleasing the eye as i play and fit the simple gameplay in opposite to the music. It's jst too calm in the heat of the fights the game would reach higher if the music only were a bit more active and dynamic as of now it's way too passive and belongs in a menu.

I feel the gameplay is good enough but could be improved, A major part I'm missing is the ammo it would add lots to the gameplay, and some enemies are too hard to dodge. My rating would be affected well if the enemies were harder to take down in higher waves and some kind of chance for dodging attacks since it gets quite frustrating with piling zombies and rams which i can't seem to avoid in any way at all.

Artisticly well game in an already done genre with mediocre gameplay.

I went in to this without expectations and regret it, if i had only had high expaectations I would feel the statisfaction of having them exceeded with astronomical heights.

Instead of having my expectations met and more, I was chocked over not only the wonderfully both made and fitting artwork. The gameplay itself also amused me to new levels as I personally have never played such a chaotic game where you still feel in control and that the objective is actually achievable.

As I love most features of this gam, especially the way you respawn, I was a bit dissapointed that the game kind of have a "Geometry Dash Feel" to it however as I can look at this like it where just a changed version of an already existing game I can cirtainly and rather much look at it as a kind familiarity.

Hahaha thank you so much for this extensive review! It feels amazing reading this! :D And I actually don't know Geometry Dash:o

Great game tho im missing the jump animation for the lizard
would love a sequel to this a bit longer and refined

(I understand this was made in under 24h for a competition thats why its short but its also why i suggest a sequel so its not bad critic that i want it longer and refined ;) )

I'm ashamed to admit this took me nearly 2 weeks to finish
And I'm proud to say this was awesome all the way thru :)

I didnt think this was that great at first but I just cant stop

The idea seemed good but the game could use some work it says 0/30 on coin in the corner yet there is only stars if the coins come on later levels why is that graphic even visible and sometimes i end up on the loaderscreen tho i still think this has potential

Loved the graphics and the concept the game was built on I'd also love a sequel with maybe other obstacles :)

It's a great story tho character physics could use some working on. I do relize this is the type of game one play for the story and not the gameplay and thats why it's so good otherwise i'd recommend some more varied levels.

AerionsRealm responds:

Thanks Aggy. I am working on a new physics engine for my platform games as we speak! :)
